All our products carry a 90 day warranty and are supplied with a dead on arrival exchange guarantee.
Warranty. Our warranty covers the suitability of our compatible fusers/maintnence kits and associated parts to work properly in the machines they are designed for and to be free from manufacturing defect.
Guarantee. Our guarantee allows you to return any goods you are not entirely satisfied with for a full refund. Contact Customer Services to be issued with a returns number. The products must be returned in the original packing and in merchantable condition, together with the faulty product. Please note goods will only be accepted back with a valid returns number.
